SB 1110 Summary

• Requires county commission chairs of Seminole, Lake, and Osceola Counties to appoint one member from their respective county who must be a commission member, chair, or county mayor to the Central Florida Expressway Authority governing body.

• Makes Governor-appointed members subject to Senate confirmation, with Senate refusal or failure to confirm creating a vacancy, and specifies their terms end on December 31 of their final year of service.
