Requires all pumps at retail self-service gasoline stations to have functioning printers capable of producing receipts, and mandates that non-functioning pumps be taken out of service until repaired or refilled.

Directs the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to inspect self-service gasoline station pumps for functioning printers and to adopt rules for implementation and enforcement by July 1, 2017.

Transfers regulatory authority over pump printer requirements and related accessibility provisions from the State Fire Marshal to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

Updates a cross-reference in section 320.0848 to reflect the renumbering of subsections in section 526.141 regarding disabled parking permit privileges at gasoline stations.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
