Authorizes public and private schools to purchase epinephrine auto-injectors from wholesale distributors or manufacturers at fair-market, free, or reduced prices for emergency anaphylactic reactions.

Requires schools to maintain epinephrine auto-injectors in a secure location on school premises and adopt a physician-developed protocol for administration by trained school personnel.

Permits students with physician and parental authorization to carry and self-administer epinephrine auto-injectors while at school, in school-sponsored activities, or in transit to or from school.

Provides liability protection for schools, employees, agents, and physicians from injuries resulting from epinephrine auto-injector use by trained personnel following adopted protocols, except in cases of willful and wanton misconduct.

Expands the definition of "authorized entity" under emergency allergy treatment laws to include schools for purposes of obtaining and maintaining epinephrine auto-injector supplies.
