Eliminates supplemental biennial registration fees for pesticides containing active ingredients with established EPA food tolerance limits under 40 C.F.R. part 180, effective July 1, 2016.

Removes requirement for the department to publish a biennial list of pesticide active ingredients subject to supplemental registration fees.

Removes language authorizing use of supplemental fee revenues for pesticide food safety testing, restricting future use to general pesticide registration purposes.

Maintains existing standard registration fees of $700 per brand (odd-numbered years) and $350 per brand (even-numbered years), plus fees for special local need labels and experimental use permits.

Renumbers subsections (d) through (j) in section 487.041 to reflect deletion of the supplemental fee provisions.
