Updates numerous cross-references throughout Florida education statutes to reflect the removal of the district cost differential, including provisions for the Florida Virtual School, McKay Scholarships, personal learning scholarship accounts, and Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program

Modifies funding calculations for juvenile justice education programs, class size accountability, and Florida College System institutions to no longer include the district cost differential multiplier

Effective date of July 1, 2016
