Creates an exemption from public records requirements for nurses' personal identifying information (excluding name, licensure status, and licensure number) held by the Department of Health or Board of Nursing from the coordinated licensure information system under the Nurse Licensure Compact.

Allows disclosure of exempt personal identifying information only if the state that originally reported the information to the system authorizes disclosure by law.

Exempts meetings or portions of meetings of the Interstate Commission of Nurse Licensure Compact Administrators from public meeting requirements when discussing matters exempted from disclosure by federal or state statute.

Exempts recordings, minutes, and records generated during closed portions of Interstate Commission meetings from public records requirements.

Exemptions are subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and shall automatically repeal on October 2, 2021, unless reenacted by the Legislature.
