Creates a public records exemption for all information reported by students or parents through school tip lines, including personal identifying information, when saved as audio recordings or transcripts.

Exempts this information from public records disclosure requirements under Florida Statutes s. 119.07(1) and Article I, Section 24(a) of the State Constitution.

Allows disclosure of exempted information only to law enforcement agents in the discharge of their official duties.

Subjects the exemption to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and requires legislative reenactment by October 2, 2021, or the exemption automatically repeals.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
