Creates section 790.2335 to exempt records containing identifying information of respondents, petitioners, or recipients of firearms relinquished under domestic violence, stalking, or cyberstalking injunctions from public disclosure under Florida's public records laws.

Exempts firearms identification records including make, model, caliber, and serial numbers required under domestic violence and stalking injunction statutes from public access.

Exemption subject to sunset review and automatically repeals October 2, 2021, unless the Legislature reenacts it.

Legislature finds public necessity for exemption based on safety concerns that disclosure could expose victims to humiliation, inhibit victims from seeking relief, enable abusers to locate victims, and encourage firearm theft.

Takes effect upon enactment of related legislation authorizing relinquishment of firearms pursuant to protective injunctions during the same legislative session.
