Requires respondents of final domestic violence protective injunctions under s. 741.30 to relinquish all firearms and ammunition immediately to law enforcement if requested, or within 24 hours to a law enforcement agency or federally licensed firearms dealer if no request is made.

Requires respondents of final stalking or cyberstalking protective injunctions under s. 784.0485 to comply with the same firearm relinquishment requirements as domestic violence injunctions.

Respondents must file within 48 hours (or first 3 hours court is open) one of three documents: certification of non-ownership, proof of transfer to law enforcement or licensed dealer, or certification that they cannot access the firearm with its location and reason specified.

Law enforcement or licensed firearms dealers must issue proof of transfer documenting the respondent's name, transfer date, and firearm make/model/serial numbers, with firearms held until the protective order expires or terminates.

Petitioners may describe under penalty of perjury the number, types, and locations of firearms known to be owned or controlled by the respondent on protective order forms.
