Establishes the Florida Educator Hall of Fame to recognize and honor persons who have made significant contributions to education in Florida.

Locates the Hall of Fame in a designated area on the Plaza Level of the Capitol Building, with plaques displayed for each inductee showing their discipline, contributions, and vital information.

Authorizes the Florida Education Foundation to accept annual nominations and recommend up to four persons annually to the Commissioner of Education for induction.

Requires the Commissioner of Education and Florida Education Foundation to develop written policies for nomination procedures, selection criteria, travel expenses, and funding.

Preserves membership of all persons inducted into the Hall of Fame before July 1, 2016, and allows the Commissioner to request annual appropriations from the Legislature to administer the program.
