Adds a new exemption to the clinic licensing requirement for entities seeking reimbursement under Florida's Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law (PIP insurance)

Exempts entities owned by corporations with $250 million or more in total annual sales of health care services from the Part X clinic licensing requirement

Requires exempt large-corporation-owned entities to have one or more Florida-licensed health care practitioners responsible for supervising business activities and state law compliance

Maintains existing exemptions for entities owned by physicians, dentists, chiropractors, hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, medical school clinical facilities, and federally certified rural health clinics

Effective date of July 1, 2016
