Amends s. 73.013, F.S. to allow condemnation authorities to convey property acquired through eminent domain to private entities under specified circumstances without restriction.

Establishes exceptions permitting conveyance to private entities for common carrier services, public roads/rights-of-way, utilities, public infrastructure, and incidental uses on public property.

Allows conveyance without restriction if the property is no longer needed within 10 years of acquisition and the original owner is given the opportunity to repurchase at the original price paid.

Permits conveyance without restriction for properties acquired through inverse condemnation at large hub airports for noise mitigation or FAA-required safety measures, provided the property is zoned to conform to FAA noise compatibility standards in 14 C.F.R. part 150.

Defines "large hub airport" as an airport identified in the national plan of integrated airport systems under 49 U.S.C. s. 47103.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
