Amends section 655.057, Florida Statutes to explicitly authorize the Office of Financial Regulation to furnish information about member institutions to the Federal Home Loan Banks pursuant to an information-sharing agreement.

Removes Federal Home Loan Banks from the general category of agencies in subsection (b) and creates a separate subsection (f) establishing a specific mechanism for information sharing between the Office of Financial Regulation and the Federal Home Loan Banks.

Requires information shared with the Federal Home Loan Banks to remain confidential and exempt from public disclosure under section 119.07(1), Florida Statutes.

Mandates the Office of Financial Regulation execute an information-sharing agreement with the Federal Home Loan Banks by August 1, 2016.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
