Amends Florida dental licensing requirements to allow internationally trained dentists to take the dental examination without graduating from an accredited dental college or completing 2 consecutive years at an accredited dental school

Permits internationally trained dentists who hold an active, good-standing license to practice dentistry full time in another U.S. state, territory, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico to apply for Florida licensure

Requires applicants under the new exemption to have practiced dentistry full time for at least 2 consecutive years and must not have any pending penalties on their out-of-state license

Maintains existing pathways for applicants to complete a D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree at an accredited American dental school or complete 2 consecutive years at an accredited supplemental general dentistry program
