Creates an interagency workgroup to share information and coordinate efforts on natural hazards including extreme heat, drought, wildfire, sea-level change, flooding, and coastal impacts.

Requires each executive branch agency, water management district, and the Florida Public Service Commission to designate a liaison to the workgroup, with the Division of Emergency Management director serving as coordinator.

Establishes quarterly meetings for liaisons to share current and potential natural hazards impacts, available resources, and mitigation efforts across agencies.

Mandates the Division of Emergency Management prepare an annual progress report assessing the relevance and significance of agency efforts and prioritizing ongoing natural hazards initiatives.

Requires each agency liaison to post the annual report on their agency website and submit it to the Governor and Legislature by January 1, 2018, and annually thereafter.
