Proposes an amendment to Section 2 of Article I of the Florida State Constitution to remove language allowing the Legislature to regulate or prohibit real property ownership by "aliens ineligible for citizenship"

Eliminates the existing constitutional exception that permits laws restricting the ownership, inheritance, disposition, and possession of real property based on citizenship eligibility status

Ensures all natural persons have equal inalienable rights to acquire, possess, and protect property without exception based on citizenship status

Requires voter approval at the next general election or an earlier special election specifically authorized by law
