Requires licensed facility internal risk managers to report allegations of sexual misconduct by health care practitioners to the Department of Health within 30 days of each separate allegation.

Increases administrative penalties for violations of reporting requirements: single/isolated nonwillful violations up to $10,000 (from $5,000), repeated nonwillful violations up to $15,000 (from $10,000), and intentional/willful violations up to $30,000 per violation per day (from $25,000).

Maintains maximum fine of $250,000 for intentional and willful violations of reporting requirements.

Effective July 1, 2016.
