Creates a public records exemption for personal identifying information of loan applicants and borrowers under the Increased Access to Responsible Small Dollar Loans Pilot Program disclosed to the Office of Financial Regulation.

Exempts sensitive business information of program licensees including number of loans made, total amounts loaned, and distribution of loan lengths, interest rates, and principal amounts.

Specifically protects credit history, credit scores, and personal financial information from public disclosure to prevent identity theft risk and reputational harm.

Exemption is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals on October 2, 2021, unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Takes effect contingent upon the same date that a related bill (referenced as "SB ____") or similar legislation becomes law.
