Amends section 119.071, Florida Statutes, to revise the exemption from public records requirements for information provided to agencies for emergency notification purposes

Removes language specifying that the exemption covers names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, and other electronic communication addresses

Eliminates the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2016, making the public records exemption permanent rather than subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act

Clarifies that the exemption applies to information held by agencies before, on, or after the effective date of the exemption
