Amends section 381.8531, Florida Statutes to make permanent the public records exemption for information held by the Florida Center for Brain Tumor Research.

Designates as confidential and exempt from public records requirements personal identifying information of donors to the brain tumor biopsy repository and brain tumor registry.

Designates as confidential information received from other states, nations, or the Federal Government that is exempt under their respective laws.

Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2016 that was established under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
