Amends s. 119.0712, F.S. to make permanent the public records exemption for the Office of Financial Regulation by removing the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2016.

Maintains confidentiality of information received by the Office of Financial Regulation from other state or federal regulatory, administrative, or criminal justice agencies when that information is otherwise confidential or exempt under those jurisdictions' laws.

Preserves exemption for information received or developed by the office during joint or multiagency examinations or investigations with other state or federal agencies, subject to conditions in the multiagency agreement.

Clarifies the exemption does not apply to information that would be publicly available if the office had conducted an independent examination or investigation under Florida law.

Takes effect October 1, 2016.
