Ratifies and approves a new Gaming Compact between the Seminole Tribe of Florida and the State of Florida executed on December 7, 2015, which supersedes the previous 2010 compact

Requires the new compact to be amended to specify that fantasy contests conducted under ss. 546.11-546.20 are authorized activities that do not affect revenue-sharing payments

Expands authorized Class III games for the Tribe to include dice games (craps, sic-bo) and wheel games (roulette, big six)

Removes county-specific restrictions on banking or banked card games like baccarat, blackjack, and chemin de fer, previously limited to Broward, Collier, and Hillsborough counties

Directs the Governor to cooperate with the Tribe in seeking federal approval of the amended compact from the U.S. Secretary of the Interior
