Amends Florida Statutes section 382.008 to establish procedures for registration of nonviable births and creation of nonviable birth certificates

Original nonviable birth certificates must contain all information required by the Department of Health for legal, social, and health research purposes

Information regarding cause of death, parentage, marital status of parent, and medical information in nonviable birth records is confidential and exempt from public records disclosure, with limited exceptions for parents, authorized agencies, and court orders

Department may issue certified copies of nonviable birth certificates excluding confidential information to any person upon request and payment of prescribed fees

Public records exemption sunsets on October 2, 2022, unless the Legislature reenacts it; legislation takes effect upon enactment of CS/CS/HB 101 or similar legislation
