Charter school students may participate in interscholastic extracurricular activities at public schools to which they would be assigned or develop agreements to participate at private schools.

Charter school students must meet charter school education program requirements as determined by the charter school governing board.

Participating students must demonstrate educational progress, meet residency requirements, and comply with the same acceptance, behavior, and performance standards as other students.

Students transferring from charter to traditional public schools before or during the first grading period remain academically eligible if they had successful evaluation from the previous school year.

Students who lose academic eligibility at public or private schools must complete one successful grading period in a charter school before regaining eligibility to participate as charter school students.
