Defines "fantasy contest operator" as a person or entity that offers fantasy contests for cash prizes or awards.

Exempts fantasy contests conducted by fantasy contest operators from regulation by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Exempts fantasy contests from Florida gambling statutes including sections 849.01, 849.08, 849.09, 849.11, 849.14, and 849.25.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
