Adds definition of "sexual conduct" to include contact between penis and vulva/anus, or mouth and penis/vulva/anus, capable of transmitting sexually transmissible diseases

Expands list of diseases covered under unlawful transmission laws to include human papillomavirus and hepatitis (in addition to existing diseases like gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia, and genital herpes)

Changes statutory language from "intercourse" to "sexual conduct" throughout sections 384.24 and 384.34 to broaden scope of prohibited acts

Maintains criminal penalties: first degree misdemeanor for violation of section 384.24(1) and third degree felony for violation of section 384.24(2) (HIV transmission), with first degree felony for multiple HIV violations
