Creates an interagency workgroup to share information and coordinate state agency efforts on natural hazards including extreme heat, drought, wildfire, sea-level change, storm surge, flooding, and saltwater intrusion.

Requires each executive branch agency, water management district, and the Florida Public Service Commission to designate a liaison to the workgroup, with the Division of Emergency Management director serving as coordinator.

Mandates the workgroup meet quarterly and each liaison provide information on their agency's natural hazard impacts, available resources, and mitigation efforts.

Requires the Division of Emergency Management to prepare annual progress reports assessing current agency efforts and prioritizing ongoing mitigation strategies, with reports posted on agency websites and submitted to the Governor and Legislature by January 1, 2019 and annually thereafter.

Appropriates $84,738 in recurring funds and $4,046 in nonrecurring funds from the Grants and Donations Trust Fund for fiscal year 2017-2018, authorizing one full-time position at $47,000 salary; effective July 1, 2017.
