Creates section 258.0142 of Florida Statutes to provide state park fee discounts for foster and adoptive families.

Licensed family foster home operators receive free family annual entrance passes and a 50 percent discount on base campsite fees at state parks.

Families who adopt special needs children from the Department of Children and Families receive a one-time free family annual entrance pass at the time of adoption.

Division of Recreation and Parks, in consultation with the Department of Children and Families, must establish documentation standards and procedures for obtaining the discounts.

Division must continue partnership with the Department of Children and Families to promote fostering and adoption of special needs children through events during National Foster Care Month and National Adoption Month.
