• Expands public records exemption to include personal identifying and location information of former firefighters certified under Florida statute 633.408, matching protections currently afforded to active firefighters

• Protects home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and photographs of former firefighters, plus the same information for their spouses, children, and school/day care locations

• Exemption applies to information held by any agency before, on, or after the effective date
