Prohibits persons who publish or disseminate arrest booking photographs through publicly accessible print or electronic media from soliciting or accepting fees to remove, correct, or modify such photographs.

Allows arrestees to bring civil actions to enjoin publication of their arrest booking photographs if the prohibition is violated.

Requires court orders to specify that photographs must be removed within 14 days of the order, with a civil penalty of $1,000 per day for noncompliance.

Entitles prevailing arrestees to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs related to the injunction and any appeals.

Does not apply to any state, regional, county, local, or municipal governmental entities or their departments and divisions; effective October 1, 2017.
