Amends Florida Statutes section 119.071 to create a public records exemption for personal identifying information of alleged victims in sexual harassment allegations.

Makes such personal identifying information confidential and exempt from public records disclosure requirements under Florida law and the State Constitution.

Allows disclosure of the exempt information to other governmental entities that are acting within their official duties and responsibilities.

Establishes the exemption as subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act, with automatic repeal on October 2, 2022, unless the Legislature reenacts it.

Identifies public necessity for the exemption based on risks of further harassment, retaliation, and potential disincentive for victims to report harassment if their information were publicly disclosed.
