Creates section 633.415, Florida Statutes, establishing a "Lifetime Firefighter" designation for firefighters and volunteer firefighters with at least 20 years of service in good standing with no disqualifying convictions or events.

Requires applicants to be recorded on a fire service provider roster in the Division of State Fire Marshal's online database or to have been previously certified as a firefighter or volunteer firefighter in Florida.

Mandates that Lifetime Firefighters must maintain a current and valid Firefighter Certificate of Compliance or Special Certificate of Compliance to engage in firefighting activities, including passing required Minimum Standards Course examinations within the first 4 years after approval if renewing or resuming services.

Authorizes the Division of State Fire Marshal to revoke the Lifetime Firefighter designation for conditions specified in sections 633.426(3) or 633.426(4), and permits the division to investigate violations and adopt implementing rules.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
