Amends section 343.92 of Florida Statutes to revise the membership composition of the Tampa Bay Area Regional Transportation Authority's Citizens Advisory Committee.

Establishes a Citizens Advisory Committee comprised of no more than 22 appointed citizen committee members.

Allocates up to 16 committee members from each county and transit provider in the region.

Allocates one committee member from each of the six metropolitan planning organizations that comprise the TBARTA Metropolitan Planning Organization Chairs Coordinating Committee.

Effective date is July 1, 2017.
