Establishes a $1,000 corporate income tax credit for private employers who hire veterans or spouses of veterans under an approved employment policy, effective for taxable years beginning January 1, 2018.

Limits employers to claiming credits for no more than three eligible employees in any single tax year.

Requires the Department of Revenue to adopt rules governing the application process and establish qualification requirements for the tax credit.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
