Extends the period for paying 4.04 percent of net cigarette tax collections to the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute from June 30, 2017 through June 30, 2033 (previously set to expire June 30, 2017)

Establishes a new funding tier beginning July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2053 that increases the percentage of net cigarette tax collections paid to the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute to 6.13 percent

Funds are appropriated monthly from the Cigarette Tax Collection Trust Fund for cancer research and clinical facilities, equipment, operations, maintenance, and related costs

Ensures minimum funding levels are maintained by requiring appropriations to H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute not be less than the amount paid in fiscal year 2001-2002

Takes effect July 1, 2017
