Amends Florida Statutes section 119.071 to exempt electronic mail addresses and Internet identifiers of sexual predators and sexual offenders from public records requirements, unless otherwise ordered by a court

Applies to individuals required to report information pursuant to sections 775.21, 943.0435, 944.606, 944.607, 985.481, and 985.4815

Exemption applies retroactively to records held before, on, or after the act's effective date

Permits law enforcement agencies to confirm whether reported electronic mail addresses or Internet identifiers are registered in the Department of Law Enforcement sexual offender and sexual predator registry without disclosing the individual's personal information

Exemption subject to sunset review and repeals on October 2, 2022, unless the Legislature reenacts it
