Creates a public records exemption for information received by the Department of State from other states through interstate agreements or nongovernmental entities that is confidential or exempt under those states' laws.

Exempts such information from Florida's public records laws (s. 119.071(1) and Article I, Section 24(a) of the State Constitution) to enable accurate voter registration list maintenance activities.

Allows the Department of State to share the protected information with county supervisors of elections for registration list maintenance purposes.

Subjects the exemption to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals it on October 2, 2022, unless the Legislature reenacts it.

Takes effect on the same date that CS/CS/HB 707 or similar legislation becomes law in the same legislative session.
