Amends Florida Statutes section 550.2415 to make anabolic steroid presence in racing greyhounds a violation of animal racing regulations.

Establishes that a positive test result for anabolic steroids in a greyhound based on samples taken before or immediately after racing constitutes a violation.

Maintains confidentiality of test results and identities of tested animals, trainers, and owners for 10 days after completion of daily sample testing or until positive results are reported to the division director or administrative action begins.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
