Amends Florida's school grading system to revise requirements for K-3 feeder pattern school designations under section 1008.34, F.S.

Changes the threshold for establishing a school feeder pattern from "at least 60 percent" to "a majority" of students in kindergarten through grade 3 schools being scheduled for assignment to a graded school.

Applies to schools serving kindergarten through grade 3 combinations that do not receive regular school grades because their students are not tested and included in the school grading system.

Requires feeder pattern school designations to be identified by the Department of Education and verified by the school district.

Effective date is July 1, 2017.
