Creates s. 379.2426, F.S. to prohibit possession or landing of separated shark fins in Florida waters unless authorized by Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission rule.

Defines "separated" shark fin as any fin not naturally attached to the shark body through uncut skin, including the tail or portions thereof.

First violation: second-degree misdemeanor with $4,500 administrative fine and 6-month suspension of all fishing license privileges.

Second violation: second-degree misdemeanor with $9,500 administrative fine and 12-month suspension of all fishing license privileges.

Third and subsequent violations: first-degree misdemeanor with $9,500 administrative fine and permanent revocation of all fishing license privileges.
