Deletes previous caps on teacher bonuses for student performance on International Baccalaureate, Advanced International Certificate of Education, Advanced Placement, and CAPE industry certification exams.

Requires school districts to allocate at least 80 percent of bonus funds generated by these programs to the specific school program that generated the funds.

Removes the $2,000 maximum bonus cap for International Baccalaureate and Advanced Placement teachers, allowing bonuses up to $3,000 under specified conditions.

Removes the $2,000 maximum bonus cap for Advanced International Certificate of Education teachers and the $3,000 cap for CAPE industry certification teachers.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
