Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles shall develop a Dan Marino Foundation specialty license plate with the word "Florida" at the top and "Marino Campus" at the bottom.

Annual use fee for the Dan Marino Foundation license plate is $25.

All annual use fees collected from plate sales shall be distributed to the Dan Marino Foundation, Inc., a Florida nonprofit corporation.

The Dan Marino Foundation may use up to 10 percent of collected fees for administrative costs and marketing, with remaining funds used to assist Floridians with developmental disabilities in employment, independence, and productivity, and to fund related education scholarships.

Act takes effect October 1, 2017.
