Department of Health must develop and annually update an electronic form listing public and private agencies providing pregnancy assistance, adoption services, and child support resources, indexed geographically with contact information and service descriptions.

Department of Health must create educational materials about fetal development at 2-week gestational intervals and distribute public awareness materials stating that elective abortion "kills a living human being," with a goal of achieving an "abortion-free society."

All facilities providing obstetrical, birth control, or abortion counseling services must display conspicuous signs urging pregnant women to contact available support agencies instead of choosing abortion.

Department of Education, in collaboration with Department of Health, must develop an optional instructional program for public school students teaching fetal development and pregnancy support resources, limited to state science standards without additional human sexuality education.

School instructors delivering the program are prohibited from referring students to abortion providers; Department of Health must submit annual implementation reports to the Governor and Legislature by December 1st each year.

Act takes effect July 1, 2017.
