Authorizes malt beverage distributors to give glassware at no charge to vendors licensed for on-premises consumption, provided the glassware received from manufacturers or importers at no charge.

Requires each piece of glassware to bear a permanent brand name prominently advertising the brand.

Limits distributors to providing no more than 3 cases of glassware per beverage brand, with a maximum of 3 brands per manufacturer or importer per calendar year per licensed premises, totaling not more than 9 cases annually per premises.

Defines "glassware" as single-service glass containers holding no more than 23 ounces and "case" as a box containing up to 24 pieces.

Prohibits vendors from selling or returning glassware and prohibits manufacturers or wholesalers from using glassware as inducement to purchase products to the exclusion of competitors' products.

Takes effect October 1, 2017.
