Expands grounds for issuance of search warrants under Florida Statutes Section 933.02 to include blood as evidence for misdemeanor driving under the influence cases.

Specifies that rights and privileges enumerated under Section 316.1932 do not preclude issuance of a blood search warrant for driving under the influence cases.

Designates blood search warrants for driving under the influence as an additional method to secure evidence subsequent to breath, urine, or blood testing required under Section 316.1932.

Requires that a search warrant for blood in a misdemeanor driving under the influence case may only be requested after a refusal to submit to testing under Section 316.1932 has occurred.
