Amends section 400.462 of Florida Statutes to revise definitions of "home health agency" and "organization" in the home health services regulatory framework.

Expands the definition of "home health agency" to include organizations created for the purpose of advertising or promoting providers of home health services, homemaker services, or companion services.

Expands the definition of "organization" to include entities that advertise or promote providers of home health services or homemaker/companion services under part III of chapter 400.

Excludes from the definition of "organization" any entity that provides services using only volunteers or only individuals related by blood or marriage to the patient or client.

Effective date is July 1, 2017.
