Amends section 626.9891 of Florida Statutes to exempt insurance fraud investigation and tracking reports submitted by insurers to the Department of Financial Services from public records disclosure requirements under Florida Statutes section 119.07(1) and Florida Constitution Article I, section 24(a).

Exemption applies to specific information including descriptions of insurers' anti-fraud education and training, anti-fraud investigative units, staffing rationales, and data on claims referred, investigated, and referred to law enforcement agencies.

Exemption is retroactive and applies to records held before, on, or after the effective date of the act.

Exemption is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals on October 2, 2022, unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Act takes effect on the same date that CS/HB 1007 or similar legislation becomes law in the same legislative session or extension thereof.
