Prohibits local governments from adopting building permits or development requirements that conflict with corporate branding identity (trademarks, logos, color patterns) or impose requirements on gasoline price signage design and visibility.

Modifies Florida Building Code adoption process to require commission updates every 3 years using International Codes as foundation, with technical amendments subject to review conditions including two-thirds (changed to three-fourths) committee vote requirement.

Restricts fire sprinkler requirements for single-family and two-family dwellings by requiring local economic cost-benefit analysis; prohibits separate water connection fees and higher water rates solely due to fire sprinklers; prohibits painting permit requirements for residences.
