Amends Florida Statutes section 626.9541 to permit licensed insurers and their agents to give advertising and promotional items valued at $100 or less per customer within one calendar year (previously limited to $25 per item).

Allows licensed insurers and agents to make charitable contributions, as defined in Internal Revenue Code section 170(c), up to $100 per calendar year on behalf of each insured or prospective insured.

Extends the same promotional item allowance ($25 value limit) to title insurance agents, title insurance agencies, and title insurers for advertising purposes.

Effective date is July 1, 2017.
