Amends Florida Statutes section 921.0022 to add marine turtle protection violations to the Criminal Punishment Code's offense severity ranking chart at Level 3 felonies.

Classifies taking, disturbing, mutilating, destroying, transferring, selling, offering to sell, molesting, or harassing marine turtles, eggs, or nests as third-degree felonies under section 379.2431(1)(e)5.

Classifies possessing marine turtle species, hatchlings, parts thereof, or nests as third-degree felonies under section 379.2431(1)(e)6.

Classifies soliciting to commit or conspiring to commit Marine Turtle Protection Act violations as third-degree felonies under section 379.2431(1)(e)7.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
